Let’s Talk:
I love data and ambiguous problems. Particularly using data to forecast wild business ideas or new product launches. I learned how to analyze business problems and opportunities at PwC and have driven growth at start-ups.
I was the first marketing employee at Packback and in 4 years propelled the company to #352 on the Inc. 5000 and a successful capital raise (2,700% top line growth to ~10M TTM). As we scaled, I transitioned to finance and led Packback’s first external audit, completed diligence on a capital raise, and built processes in accounting, forecasting, compensation, goal setting, and budgeting.
My style has fluctuated. At times I lived in the office and succeeded with pure grit. And I’ve spent months backpacking and reflecting, culminating in a 5-month hike from Mexico to Canada. I learned to balance relentless drive (hello burnout) with protected time for creativity and self-exploration (it took me long enough).
YDNTI is the result of my focus on a healthy relationship with productivity, mindfulness, and growth. It’s an organizational system grounded in David Allen’s GTD method. You can download my journal layout for free or apply to join the YDNTI community.
